Our 5-Step Carpet Cleaning Process

1. CLEANING PREPARATION:

We will inspect your carpet and ask you about the amount of traffic the area has on a daily basis to insure you get the best possible cleaning results. We will move small items and lite furniture.

2. PRE-VACUUMING:

After the areas are brushed, we thoroughly vacuum the entire areas to be cleaned in order to remove any solids before cleaning.

3. PRE-TREATMENT:

If it can be determined, all heavily soiled areas are pre-treated according to their source. If odor problems due to pets you can ask your technician about our odor control products.

 

4. CLEANING OF AREAS:

If your carpet is soiled heavily then a stain remover and degreaser will be used as pre-treatment to help with the cleaning process.

In the cleaning process we mix a safe and gentle cleansing agent with water and this combined solution is placed into the carpet pile yet vacuumed out of the carpet at the same time to ensure cleanliness.�We also add a very sensual scented agent to the cleaning solution to ensure that your carpet is left as fresh as possible. There is no residue left.

5. FINAL BRUSHING AND POST INSPECTION:

• UPHOLSTERED FURNITURE CLEANING:

We clean your furniture the same way we do your carpets. The only difference is all the work is done by hand. This method can be used safely on almost all types of furniture.

• ADDITIONAL WORK:

If you have over-looked something that needs cleaning don't hesitate to inform our technician when he arrives at your home. He will be happy to inspect other areas and/or furniture and discuss with you whether or not they should be cleaned or preserved as well.

• SPECIAL NOTE ON DRAPES:

We must politely and respectfully turn down all requests to clean draperies. Our professional specialty is carpet and upholstery therefore we must leave drapery cleaning in the hands of drapery specialists.
